Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraud did by kotak bank employees

Updated by shubham.it09 Kotak Mahindra bank employees came to my company and open account by telling lies. They told us that there will never be any charges apply for the account and it will be 0 balance account. Now they stole my 4000 rupees by saying that minimum balance was not maintained. This is my hard earning money. Now I send them a hell lot of requests to close my account, but they are not even closing my account and increasing the charges on me. I don't know what to do now, neither they returned my money nor they are closing my account. This is completely harassment by Kotak Mahindra bank employees. How can they steal money from middle class people by saying lies and open accounts by doing fraud.

I just want my money back and close my account.
