Hello all worst bank i have ever seen in the whole world where it has worst customer service is kotak mahindra bank
1. I opened my account in kotak mahindra as my salary account where my account got hacked by someone very easily that is how their servers are so i will not recommend any one to use kotak mahindra because later they say we are helpless after your account got hacked where i have lost 50000 from my account. Because they do not have proper security for customers money.
2. Later they called me and asked did i get any otp for the transaction where i didn't get any and otp but my transaction was done and i lost my money. Where this is unbelievable without my notice.
2. So just imagine how unsecured bank is kotak mahindra they do not respond you quickly or take care of customer service worst service ever.
3. I filed a complaint to the bank customer service they say we want 90 days for investigation where that does not make any sense.
4. Where i have been calling them for past one month they are say the same as we have sent for in-depth investigation like we are investigating.

I will books a V-Rbox product at 198 rupey and the money will detected from my account. But the product will lose by Amazon. And the product Is not delivered at my address.
