Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraud with me | |||||
After opening the zero balance account in Kotak Mahindra Bank branch ghod dhod road surat (GUJ.) in october 2017. They shifted the account to savings account without any information/confirmation, after that they deducted annual monthly balance maint fees from my A/C twice, complaining several times to customer care cell as well as to Branch Manager in writing for the samein March 2018. But no result. They are still deducting the AMB fees from my 811 ( zero) balance account. total amount debited Rs.2301/- till 12th June 2018.Hoping for refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
