[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fraudulent Transactions on credit card and Card Block request | |||||
Dear Sir /Madam Good Evening I am using credit card account with your bank ref card acc no. [protected] in the name of Durga Devi wherein fraudulent transactions are made in my account merchant name as Paytm Google play recharge noida for Rs.500/- on 18/06/2021 which was debited in my account without my knowledge. I didn't done any transactions from my end which is fraudulent Dispute Transactions. I didn't received any OTP thru message and mail also how was happening what secure provide to my account and customer account also. Due to this my credit card limit exceeded so your bank has been charged over limit fee along with GST in my account. R.590/-. This is totally unacceptable. Kindly block my card and reversal o[censored]nauthorised dispute transactions amount Rs.500/- along with over limit fee charges including GST on urgent basis.
