On 3rddecember afternoon i tried to transfer 1000rs to one of my friend and 1950rs to my another account using kotak mahindra bank mobile application., i donot know the reason why the transfer has failed since i have done these kind of transfers many a times., after this failed transaction i have noticed that the money has been deducted. I tried contacting the customer care more than 10 times, the call did not connect. There was no email id to support.
I need help as soon as possible, since money is important to me.
