I have open the account in kotak mahindra bank civil lines allahabad branch before 4 month ago.The staff puneet srivastava have open my group health insurance but the bond is not received till date and I have asking my bond then the person puneet he is come early.This person is opening my mother account and saying you got movie ticket monthly so please take action for this person Was this information helpful? | |||

Bank has not provided card statement to me, how can i come to know what is the bill amount and which is due date, neither Soft nor Hard copy provided. now bank are demanding me to pay with penalty and interest.
