The request for closure of my saving account has been submitted at below branch on 17th may 2017.
Shastri nagar, lokhandwala complex, andheri west, mumbai-400053.
Earlier branch is not ready to close the bank account & raising one issue or the other & only after complaint to rbi, am managed to get this account closed.
There after i was struggling to get my account closing cheque despite multiple complaints, visits to the branch.
But the harrowing experience i have to face today has raised question on kotak banking ethics & way of functioning.
After raising multiple complaints & follow-ups last week i got a call from the branch to collect the cheque from the branch so i visited today.
I have been made to wait for more than an hour though they are hardly any customers in the queue since operation manager mr vaiabhav was entertaining the personal calls over his mobile.
After an hour i tried interrupting him since was getting late for my office but was shocked to hear abuses from him.
I have been told cheque will not be handled over & i can raise complaint to rbi to whom i earlier raised complaint for closing the account.
I understand the game plan of mr vaibhav was to call me at the branch & abuse me since he was not happy over my raising the complaint to rbi. Was this information helpful? |
