Kotak Mahindra Bank — harassment by a kotak executive | |||
I am a kotak credit card user and this call was regarding the kotak credit card bill payment. I got a message from kotak when the statement was generated yesterday (30th may 2018) in which the due date was mentioned as 15th june. Today i got a call from a kotak executive and he was forcing me to make the minimum payment by tomorrow ie. By 1st june. When asked why, he started talking rudely. His name is suraj singh, [protected]. He is a total goon. His junior pedro dias [protected] uses languages such as "*my name* ko utha le jaunga". I have a proof of his dirty abusive messages. Unfortunately, kotak has hired goons and gundas of the world in the recovery department. This kind of a behaviour is not at all tolerated.
