[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment by credit card collection team team | |||
Dear ma'am/ sir, Greetings! This is to bring to your kind notice that i am a credit card holder of kotak mahindra bank card no - [protected]). I lost my job before the lockdown and m currently jobless. I have already conveyed the same to the collection team, but they are after my life. I have assured them for making the payment once i get the job and salary. But they are adamant and not listening to me. Meena yadav[protected] sent vinod ([protected]) to my residence to harass my family and asked her that the legal and collection team will come to my house in 2 days if i fail to make the payment. I have also asked them to go for settlement and make payment in small installments of 10 to 12 emis, which can be arranged by me. But they are forcing me to pay in max 4 emis. Request for your kind intervention pls as my life is in trouble. Your early action in this regard would be highly appreciated. Jul 1, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved The collection team called m and said sorry and the same was never repeated again. I settled their card also when I had funds Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
