This is to inform that, I have an account in kotak bank, before corona my transaction very good, after corona my job as gone I have not done my payment one day I got a call from customer care, she told we provided settlement facility, then accepted, their given me to pay 9900/- settlement and asked me to pay withn hour make 3000/- payment then she take approval, I have paid within one-hour after 2nd June I paid 6900/- total I paid I told that my credit cards totally paid, she told within 7 days it will update after 7 days it was updated again asked customer care but their ur amount was credited in outstanding amount, and asking to pay 6200/-, what is the use of giving settlement to me. Please help me by taking friends help I closed my credit card payment At present she was telling ur approval was invalid, but it is not my mistake without informing we have given settlement pay 9900/- amount I paid total amount, but their asking to pay again 6200/- at present my situation is in good position.
