Kotak Mahindra Bank — harassment from kotak bank | |||
I have been getting calls on my landline/mobile over an issue that has nothing to do with me. Agents name - prerna (Mobile: [protected]) is using abusive language, threatening to get me fired from my job. This is all after telling her that this case is against my father and i have nothing to do with it. After speaking with my father (Twice today) and me (Thrice today), she is constantly harassing me. Number of call: atleast 30 in 3 hours today. Exceptionally bad service from kotak - i recommend no-one to take any card/loan from them for their piece of mind. Was this information helpful? | |||
