Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment from Kotak for credit card

2019 and 2020 around though i don't remember the exact month or year, I have been called numerous times by two three agents representing a credit card of mine. Initially i couldn't make out of the credit card company, because they mentioned that they are calling from Kotak. I never had any credit card from Kotak. As i denied first two agents, they abused, misbehaved and even threatened to reach my home to physically harm me and my family.
As the third agent called i also said politely that I'm not aware of any Kotak Credit card.
Later he said that it is for Barclays credit card, now taken over by Kotak. Then only it was clear to me. So i said, i am residing in same address and same city, never received any call from Barclays for any payment as i settled the card around 2008 or 2009. It is longer a period, so i M not sure of the details.
So i asked him the statement to share. It was around 10 to 12000, they said, so i asked for statement to clear it otherwise it will affect my credit score.
As i asked for statement, then the agent didn't respond. Then after COVID happened. No such calls i received.
Few days back there are calls but when i asked for statement, they vanished. Then another agent called, i shared with her the past experiences with other agents and told her to share the statement if the card is used by me.
Phoenix ARC Collections on behalf of Kotak/Barclays bank, pressurizing in wrong ways to settle dues which is not the actual dues. I have kept my cool and even had easily agreed that I as a respectable citizen has every intention to settle the dues as end of the day it will affect my credit history.

When i am staying in the same address and same city how come nobody contacted me for payment those days. Now they are saying the amount not been used by me. It is unethical and wrong ways to abuse and threaten people to extract their hard earned money. As Barclays didn't call me those days, didn't even send any letters to my home, today this is unnecessary harrasment for me affecting my credit history.
You are requested to look into it urgently and close this matter soonest.
There are several loans i have taken, it is simply unnecessary blame that i didn't clear Barclays only.
Kotak people unnecessarily framing people to extract money.
Do share genuine statement to my email id i have shared several times with your agents so that it can be closed soon
