[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — harassment from recovery agents | |||||
Team i am holding credit card of kotak bank cc # [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am being geniue customer. From last month i couldn't make my payment due to some medical emergencies in my family. Your recovery agents are harassing my parents. They are abusing them and threatening them for payment. I am not in town bcoz of work. Recovery agents visits home and harass my parent. They are senior citizen and stays alone. Please stop these visit or else i have file consumer complaint against bank. Some one from bank can call me directly on my mobile no [protected] regarding above between 7pm to 8pm. My parents are heart patients if any thing happens bcoz of these stress bank will be responsible. I will make payments of all dues i am not saying no but need some time to arrange funds.
