Greetings of the day.
This email is in regards to the above mentioned subject and the attached video is just limited after that again those agents came at my residence and harrassed my parents and neighbours. They even called out by building secretary and disclosed all my debts in front of the society due to which I got a call from my landlord and now I've been given an intimation to leave the house, where would I go. They tortured and embarrassed me mentally and where abusing alot.
Because of all this I've faced much more of embarassment in my residential society and now they started creating drama even abused my parents. They where 4 people and after that 2 more came called themselves as Cops but later on turned out that they where also Kotak Bank collection agents.They just humiliated me and my parents infront of everyone and where provoking me to suicide. I've tried many times approaching kotak bank about my condition and asked for settlement but no response from their end and now on regular basis few goons come to my house and threatens me and my family. I've also registered complaint with Ombudsman but no updates
One agent who created all this drama and is responsible for all issues which happened today turned out to be a deputy manager of collection team. His name is Vinayak Katke & his email id is vinayak.[protected]@kotak.com his employee id is 157668 & I've attached his visiting card, please check
I've made a complaint several times but none of the time I've received any positive response. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
