I had filed a request to activate net banking on my account sr#1-[protected]. On july 21, i receive a mail from kotak with subject "notification - service request no: 1-[protected]: fulfillment". The email did not contain any information whether the request was granted or rejected. Later on july 22 i receive a mail from priyanka (No. [protected]@kotak.com) stating that "we trust that as per your conversation with our branch/phone banking officer your query has been addressed with the necessary action.". Still no information whether the request was granted or not. Assuming the request was fulfilled, i thought my net banking was active and tried to log into my account today. While logging in, i receive the following message "your net banking access is blocked. Please call up our 24hrs customer contact centre for further assistance.[channelblock]". Please refer to the attached image for the reference.
Now i have filed written complaint in the branch, filed complaint with customer care twice, filed a complaint via email and received two emails related to fulfillment of my request. Now i am completely unaware of what to do to get access to net banking.
