Kotak Mahindra Bank — Huge delay in processing request | |||||
I placed request for conversion of my salary account with Kotak Mahindra bank to non-salary account. The same was done in the Whitefield branch of the bank in Bangalore. I was told that the same would be processed within a week. Despite having waited for 3-4 weeks, today on calling the customer care was told told that they have received request only 3 days back and now I need to wait further for 7 more days to get it completed. On telling the customer care executive my request was placed almost 3-4 weeks back, he simply said that they have received the request only 3 days back and it's no fault of theirs' Unnecessary and irresponsible delay is causing excessive inconvenience Was this information helpful? | |||||

I mr sanket shah having a loan account ILAP 49280 with your bank. I request you to provide me a foreclosure letter & list of documents at the earliest. I have not received any feedback from you despite of many reminders on mail. I hope this time i will get the requisites without any further delay .
