Kotak Mahindra Bank — I am complaining about amount on hold in bank account | |||
I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank and a credit card from them as well. Everything was fine but suddenly, they are blocking my amount in account without any prior notification since last month. When contacting them they are informing that as per their bank policy, they can hold my account if i do not pay the minimum credit card amount for two consecutive months. However, i already paid it in the month of january and february. Still they hold my account and do not respond to mails. They have a chargeable phone number and always prompt me to call on their number to resolve the issue. I still have 1200rs on hold and cannot add any money as i know they will block again. In the time of crisis like this, they still behave like an money luring company always talking about their profits and policy to make fool o[censored]s. Was this information helpful? | |||
