Kotak Mahindra Bank — I am complaining about lien amount on my account

I have taken a personal loan from kotak. The repayment date is 2 sep 2022.. i have deposited my loan emi amount on 2nd sep morning only..but still the amount was deducted and when I checked my loan repayment details, it is showing that it is over due and they have charged intereste to that overdue amount..now where is my deducted amount gone, it doesn't revived in loan also. being a respectable bank this is not at all tolerated, they are just giving these loan offers to take more money from us..what a pity it is..if this is read by bank, please atleast respond as soon as possible
