Kotak Mahindra Bank — I want to close my salary account. | |||
I have opened my salary account in June 2015. My CRN is 95111623. I want to close it as I am no more associated with that company. And kotak executive asked me to go to my home branch for closing account which is not posible for me. Also, I have received an email maintioning that I need to pay Non Maintenance Charges.
