Dear sir / madam
I had applied for a personal loan during the 1st week of july and after going through my documents one of your team member stated that there are some overdues which i need to settle and once i settle the same with other financial institutions they will process my loan request. Since they committed that i will get the loan amount in few days i had borrowed money from friends and rushed to settle the dues and handed over the noc. Finally when i called the respective department they said they cannot process my loan request. They could have done that in the first place itself as they have already seen my statements, cibil, documents etc. I am going through a mental torture at this juncture and unable to repay my friends. I need this loan by all means and i promise to repay my loans on time. Kindly request you to help me come over this situation. I have 3 year old baby and a family to take care of. Kindly request you to reconsider my request and process the loan. I do not have any application number. Below is my contact number. Please do the needful
