Kotak Mahindra Bank — I'm complaining about Kotak bank | |||
Hi I took Loan from Kotak bank however I was regularly paying my EMI every month but during Covid19 I lost my job and I requested the bank several times to give me moratorium over the phone and email but they never approved and said our backend team has rejected however upon asking they said they don't know why it's rejected .later the bank sent me lawyer notice and after requesting so much they made me pay the EMI and also extra Rs. 8000 i took loan from my friend just for interest I requested but they never Helped I hope that you all will take some action as the bank is just harassing people mentally so much .it's the worst customer service I came across and the worst bank in the entire market ...(Kotak mahindra bank) Was this information helpful? | |||
