Credit Card No.- [protected], Rakesh Chauhan Once a customer care executive called us to make the payment of Credit Card and told us if we paid the payment they will surely close the card. Her Name- Snehal, Number- [protected] And Than on January 14th we paid 7, 100 rupees on Kotak's Bank Account And they still didn't close our card and from now she isn't picking our calls And We are still getting calls and messages about our card hasn't been closed yet and saying our payment is still at due We Need Guidance About What We Could Do In This Situation.
