It appears that you are obstinately determined to force me out of the bank. Despite being a Prima account holder, I have not received any of the promised Prima services, and the decline in service quality during last many years has been appalling. Even though I was promised doorstep service, I am constantly being forced to visit the branch for assistance.
I continued my account solely because your RM assured me that there would be no AMB charges, otherwise, I would have closed my account long ago. However, I have been charged AMB fees for 4 consecutive months. I transfered account to another branch when your executive assured to reverse the charges at new branch. But, he reversed the charge for 2 months without reversing the GST. I was informed that the GST levied on the fine could not be refunded. He also didn't reverse 2 other AMB charges
I find it unbelievable that a large bank like Kotak does not have a proper ERP system in place to reverse GST levied improperly. It raises serious concerns about the safety of customer funds within such a system. Despite ongoing discussions about my account at the new branch, I have been charged AMB fees for another two months.
Although account balance is small, my family and I have significant products with Kotak. However, due to this experience, I don't wish to continue in any of Kotak's services. I won't even recommend Kotak for my company's deposits.
If these charges are not refunded along with GST, I will be reporting this event to RBI and approach Consumer Court .
