[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — IMPS Timed Out but Amount Deducted | |||||
Hi Kotak Team I Gagan Deep Singh with Customer relationship number 46878071 having a salary edge account in kotak, made an IMPS of Rs 20000/- on 4th August 2016 at 2:13 PM with reference number[protected] was declined due to transaction been timed out. The amount was not transferred to the beneficiary account but deducted from my account. I need to transfer that money on urgent bases please help me out in getting my refund ASAP.
