[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — imps transfer failed, but money got deducted | |||
On 3rd october afternoon i tried to transfer 700rs to one of my friend using kotak mahindra bank mobile application., i donot know the reason why the transfer has failed since i have done these kind of transfers many a times., after this failed transaction i have noticed that the money has been deducted. I tried contacting the customer care[protected] more than 10 times, the call did not connect. There was no email id to support. I need help as soon as possible, since money is important to me.
