[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — incorrect amount taken from my credit card | |||
Kotak took over an excess of ₹3315 without any prior notice from my salary account for the payment of my credit card where an emi have been already arranged. I spoke with a guy on 2/2/2018 regarding this he stated that he have requested to refund the balance to my salary account which would be within 15 days but there is no response till date.
