Kotak Mahindra Bank — Incorrect credit card charges and rude customer executive | |||||
I have cleared all my credit card dues couple of months back and all of a sudden after two months Im seeing due amount of 2500 rupees. Customer care person is very rude and have zero courtesy towards customer. Ultimately according to him its my fault that I cleared all my dues and they can charge any amount they feel. Its better to beg rather than looting customers hard earned money.Absolutely pathetic service and zero courtesy. I have been using their card for more than 5 years and making all payments on time. Never recommend anyone to use kotak credit card. BEWARE THEY LOOT PEOPLE ! NEVER USE THEIR CARDS Was this information helpful? | |||||
