Kotak Mahindra Bank — Interest & name change problem and employees are rude and misbehaving | |||||
To The authority Kotak bank This is to inform you that we your existing current account holder at kabir plaza, sub plot no. K-1 to k-5 vadodara-390009 gujarat, india. Ifsc - kkbk000843 is highly unsatisfied by your service. I would like give the explanation in detail. We were given the surety to open an current account at your kotak bank by offering interest on the said accounts by m/s kinjal majmudar - mobile number [protected] convincing us by telling that non of the bank is offering interest on current account but we will surely be giving you. But after the account was opened she refused to give interest & said that the above management refused to offer the interest & said sorry for that. All together we have deposited the amount of approx 30-35 lakhs in our seven accounts 1) eshanti heights association 2) eshanti heights tower a association 3) eshanti heights tower b association 4) eshanti heights tower c association 5) eshanti heights tower d association 6) eshanti heights tower e association 7) eshanti heights tower f association. Though we were fooled by your employ we then even continued the accounts with your bank. But then after for the transfer of names in the said accounts we are highly suffering till date from the follow up we started on 21/03/2017. The employees who are involved in it are 1) mr gaurang patel - mobile [protected], 2) mr ashish - mobile [protected], 3) mr mazhar hussain - mobile [protected], & above all the branch manager is also involved in it where they are demanding some unauthorised deals for the completion of work in time. We have visited personal to the branch for atleast not less than 10 times and meet all these persons & even they have visited our site once but no results till date. Even the drafting which you demanded was done 3-4 times because of some or the other reason the drafting once approved by this persons get unapproved by their seniors. Because of such misconduct we have shifted our one account to another bank & further we are forced to transfer our rest of accounts also in another bank by your authorities. Please do take the immediate action on it give customer satisfaction. It was necessary to bring to your notice so i thaught to send you this mail.
