[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Invalid charges levied on Personal Loan | |||
Hi, I received a call from your collection department regarding one odd charge of 3400 due on me due to account mismatch in ECS form against loan account number SPLN59717937. As per that person this incidence happened couple of month's back but I did not received a single notification from your end, original charge was of Rs 750 which has now been increased to 3400 due to late fees and all, whereas it was not in my knowledge till last week that you have levied any charge on me. Secondly I correctly updated/mentioned my account number on ECS form and looks it is an error made by your data entry team due to which unacceptable charges have been levied on me. I want to see the form where this incorrect account number is mentioned as I don't agree I made any mistake while filling that. I have been timely paying my EMI without any miss and this incidence has raised great dissatisfaction in me regarding your bank. Now I am planning to switch over to another bank by experiencing this poor service and charging unrelated fees. I must say that I do not accept this charge and request you to please reverse it in full and provide me clearance certificate for the same. I am open to provide more details or discuss it over the call during weekdays between 10:30-8pm. Was this information helpful? | |||
