Kotak Mahindra Bank — Invalid EMI's on my Credit card. After the refund was received | |||||
There are 3 Transactions that I made for which the Merchant has sent the Refund. But the Refund amount was not deducted from my main balance nor the EMI was canceled. I have been paying EMI's for an Amount I didn't use for the last 10 months. Summing up to Rs.23, 290/-. I have made Regular payments but as the amount never decreased I got suspicious. Kotak CRN[protected] I want the bank to correct their mistake and balance the transactions that were refunded by the merchant. Was this information helpful? | |||||
