Dear team,
I applied for a kotak card from kotak executive named as deepti bearing mobile number [protected]. When my conversation starts with this above kotak executive deepti she told, that according to my salary slip and eligibility criteria my limit will be 3 lakh, but when my card arrived yesterday it’s limit is only 40k…. Again i trying to connect with that deepti, she told me that i will not help, do whatever you want from your side, anymore she is not helping me. You can check call record details from kotak side.
First of all, i want to lodge a complaint against kotak for this type of employee environment in their company and their this type of rude service. Want to file a complaint against deepti for this type of behaviour, attitude and making a false statement regarding limit for the same and all.
My expense budget bracket was 3 lpa to 3.5 lpa, so i have applied for this card but they have provided me with the limit of 40k only and when card is handover to me then they are taking it very easy and no response from their side, and using very unprofessional language with me. Which is very unprofessional for any type of corporate environment. Help me asap for the same.
