Kotak Mahindra Bank — Issue with service of debit card | |||||
I have been using Kotak account for past more than one year now and in November, I submitted an application for the change of Debit card but since the address on my profile was an old address because my company shifted office from Delhi to Faridabad so I didn't get my debit card. Then went to the bank and got my address changed. I applied for a cheque book and I got it but when it came to Debit card I am getting no response from the Bank. I have now applied for my debit card for so many timed (approx. 4 times in 2 months) but still haven't received and am unable to reach to customer care too.
