My account is total freezed. From last 2 month 3 times i have given the required document. There is no one whom i can approach even nodal officer is just a copy paste machine. I would suggest each one you (Citizens of india) don't ever think about kotak go for any bank but don't go for kotak. I really wish that kotak may get ruined..
