Dear kotak team I have my salary account in your bank and in my mobile app its shows that i am eligible for 270000 loan so if i proceed for 170000 loan for 3 year its shows your request is submitted but afterwards no response Now i am getting application reference number #plk4z0adym My colleagues are getting easily personal loan without verification from their mobile app from other banks Then why kotak taking so long?
