Dear Sir, 20 August 20 someone call me for kotak credit card CPP plan i completely denied but again they fee deducted form my Kotak Credit Card xxxx3395 i again called to Credit card customer care about Fraud they said its or department on Cpp customer care i called & person said it will refund in august but again sep month its not refund credit card generated invoice for the same i called again on Cpp customer care today first two customer care executive denied that its not or charges but on last call customer care guy said ok will refund u 50 % Amount Its completely Fraud first they deduct amount without information than they do all this Was this information helpful? | |||
