Hi, i paid for kotak credit card 2 times and the excess amount was showing in my credit card, when i got to know about the excess amount, i thought to use that excess amount but when i used the card it shows blocked. Then i call to customer care and they said that my card is blocked by local branch without my consent.in such case i ask for the refund. Then they said to upload the documents like transaction from banks and other to process the refund i uploaded all required documents mentioned by them. But after 2 days they saying we need another dicument cancel cheque, i uploaded the same and its going almost one month since one month i am doing the same activity. Very pathetic customer service fraud bank and there irritating emails as from noreply. If a customer delay the payment they make 100 calls in a day but if a customer is chasing for his rrlefund there is always a email please contact from you registered email ud or contact number. What to say them there agents are giving cards in big bazar without email and contact number registered and they are asking about registered email or contact.
