Dear sir/madam,

I hold kotak credit card from 2017, i am a loyal customer and i paid all my dues on time but i lost my job in jan 2019 and i am unable to pay my outstanding, i am getting harrassed by kotak bank recovery agents, they are harrassing me abusing me, giving rape threats, pls suggest me what to do i am ready to do settlement.

Pls suggest something.
