Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak (Fraud Transaction )
Dear Kotak Bank,
Thank you so much for the pathetic service . I am having my credit card account with this bank from last 3.5 Years and making all the payment on time against the transaction which is done by me . Amount of 5, 642.70 was done 4 times at the same duration of time on 14th Nov (total amount is 22, 570.8). I spoke over the phone with the bank executive and have sent multiple email on "service.[protected]@kotak.com" and raised the concern about the fraud transaction which is done from my account and secondly bank never send it any bank alert or any OTP against the transaction done through my credit card. I am really upset with the bank as they do not care their customer and do not have the minimum curtsy to arrange call or provide any resolution against the same . However, they are charging me late fee and interest every month without providing me any resolution for the same and also their collection department is calling and bothering me entire day to make the payment. Why should I make minimum payment when transaction is not done be me? Secondly, bank do not have the answer for not sending me bank alert or OTP when this transaction was done? I would be grateful if someone can provide me feedback on same and help me to get out of this issue and help me to close this case asap.
