From my kotak 811 account in 6179rs has been deducted towards without any intimation and customer care service also does not work efficiently to address our queries. Amount deduction was not reported at all.
I need a quick resolution and should get to know why the amount has been deducted. Its really very disappointing service from kotak.

Officer said they give noc within 20 days. But I couldn't receive my noc till now.and they were not picking up my phone.
