Kotak mahindra bank is worst at it's services. A fraudulent transaction was happened on 3rd nov 2017 for my credit card. And i reported then on that day. But it took almost 3 months to reversal the fee of dispute transaction in credit card statement. They have charged me anonymously 8579.0 instead of 3792.0. And they are keep on adding the interest and additional charges (Auto debit.. Etc) like anything. I reported the same to credit cards customer support team, but they are arrogant and indiscipline and more interested in making money by looting the money from customers. They did not even bother about the customer satisfaction and they more interested in threatening by recover agencies to reduce the customer civil score. Do not trust this bank.. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills. Otherwise they do not respond to any emails or calls or complaints. Was this information helpful? | |
