Dear Sirs,
Apologies for contacting you for a routine matter but due to complaining reasons I am forced to contact you.
I need your immediate intervention either to update my FATCA or allow me to close my account. Since 25th April 2017 I am trying to update FATCA but not able to do so.
I was in India during April and had numerous interaction with the branch, Mumbai office / relationship manager but no one informed me about the FATCA requirement, when I tried to open the new FD only than I got to know about the FATCA requirement and since than I am in touch with the Bank but with no solution.
I request you to kindly allow me transact online as I need the funds on immediate basis or let me know how I can close the account.
