On 29/6/19 i made a transfer of rs2000 from kotak upi aap. Transaction status shows failed. But amount is deducted from my account and no refund is given When i try to search the status from my transaction from transaction id it show wrong transaction id. Same case happened with me on 25/9/16 when i send rs 20 from kotak upi app to [protected]@okicici (Upiid) it also show failed transaction. But refund is still not processed. Toll free no.
