I oredered one product for rs 39999 then i cancelled that order and i got messages from kotak bank like your amount 39999 has been refunded and my limit is also loaded as fully. But daily i got message as your purchase of 39999 has been converted to emi like that and for thos mnth sept my outstanding is 60rs only but its showing 649rs. I dissappointed so much like this service. I am very genuine to bank but bank is not lyk tat to our customers
