Subject ac holding C16P231677 personal loan and amount of Rs12227/- with 5 cheque bounce, but I never took any loan from kotak nor holds any bank account but around 8yrs back I hold ING VYAS saving account but currently it's closed.kindly conform how it linked with my PAN number, and how to rectify the issue, do needful and reply ASAP.

Know one called me nor contacted me but I saw dues holding g on me on indialends app which all other I formation about holding account loans and cards is correct other then kotak mahindra bank personal loan.

I have tried many times to call your customer service but was unable to . Worst customer care service ever experienced.

Suggesting people to open their accounts in other banks.

My account has been on lien and I am unable to pay credit card bill
