Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak staff harassment & moratorium | |||
I have done a bigest mistake by taking lone from Kotak Mahindra Bank. As per RBI guidelines I am trying for moritaorum for June - August from last 2 weeks. But no one is replacing to me. Customer care no. is always buzy. U R office Kotak house at Surat no one is helping to me more then 1 hour's I was waiting at office just to know the procedure for moritorum but after 1 hour's they told me to come after 2days for tokan. EMI for June was bounced in my account twice between 10th - 16th June & I was charged ₹550/- for each time total bounced ₹1540/- charged debited from my account. Kotak staff visited at my home for recovery I told him to help me for moriaorum he call to his boss at [protected] a person on call was very rude. He replay me that we are private bank so don't follow the moritorum guidelines of RBI & treathing that if I don't pay the EMI he will send this team at home to harassment the family. Moritorum u r not giving any free service u all r charging interest on principal amount. They y I am not getting the moritorum. Action should b taken against ur staff for rude behaviour. Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 25, 2020 Kotak Mahindra Bank Customer Care's response Hi! If you have opted for moratorium then be rest assured the same is being reviewed as per our internal guidelines. Since the June 2020 EMI has already been debited and adjusted against your loan account, the same will not be refunded. However, should your moratorium request be accepted by the Bank, your EMIs due for July 2020 and August 2020 shall be placed under moratorium. ^Team Kotak
