We have two LAP Loans from Kotak Bank. We had applied for Moratorium on them as per government norms. First moratorium was approved but we had not intimation about the second one. After reminders also we were not informed about the same. When we were charged interest the following month we came to know that the moratorium has not been approved. Later we wrote to them and I think we got moratorium for two months and not three. Till date also I am not clear if the moratorium was for 2 or 3 months and on what basis this was given. When asking for statement, we were told that we will be charged for the same. We hardly receive any statements over email. they are given only if we ask and that to with lot of follow ups. We have been charged also for the same at times. WE have taken a Covid Loan from Kotak also. We always thought bribe was a thing for PSU's. But to everyone's surprise, we paid bribe to get approval of our Covid Loan. And again we are being asked to pay to get a SOA. Such unprofessionalism was very unexpected from a reputed bank like Kotak. Was this information helpful? | |||
