Kotak Mahindra Bank — late fee charged on my kotak credit card.!!!

Hi team,

Even though i have paid my minimum balance on time on my kotak credit card they have charged me late fee charges 700 rupees.

I don't know why they have charged the late fee even though i paid my credit card bill. I want reversal for the charges which they charged.
