Sir, We had renewed our two saving accounts initially with ing vayasa with your branch at sector - 8, madhya marg chandigarh on 30 of march 2017 with following bank details. A/c no.[protected] in name of anupriya goyal A/c no.[protected] in name of hardesh goyal Since the 2 accounts were lying dormant for quite a long time, therefore we were asked to deposit some amount in our accounts after few days. Accordingly we deposited some token amount on 15 of april 2017 and also requested for issuance of new check books to operate our accounts in a near branch at phase - 11, mohali. We visited your branch at phase - 11 lot many times thereafter but they asked to wait for more time. Today we again visited your branch at phase - 11 then we have received a request no. Sr1/[protected] at our registered phone number showing that our request for new check book has been received by the bank today only. It shows than our request for check book was never forwarded and was not processed in the past but the officials at phase - 11 mohali were most neglegent and willfully reluctant to serve their old customers like us, which speaks volumes about the type of services which we can expect from your bank.
