Kotak Mahindra Bank — Leaving o[censored]njust charges on accounts | |||
I was charged unjustly by kotak mahindra bank on two occasions : 1) not making any transactions for the last three months, for which i was charged rs.460 without any prior intimation 2). I was charged on a monthly basis for weekly balance alerts on sms, without any prior intimation. I was not even asked whether want this service or not. I was rs. 17.25 every month for the past two years. Initially the branch was of ing vyasa bank which was later taken over by kotak mahindra bank. I was charged incorrectly twice by kotak mahindra bank for the online transaction of 5650inr...it's already been more than10 days so far no revert from bank or from their customer service department..and when I call them they put it on hold and never comes back infact customer service is so poor they had disconnected the my call several times..
