Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien amount charges refund

I never got any message from Kotak saying i will be charged for every failed ECS transaction.I found this when i accidentally checked my account summary which i never usually do.I never got any information regarding this charges. Being a reputed bank, Kotak must try to be transparent, atleast to its customers. They are deducting lots of hidden charges. I just want my lien amount refund.I expect a refund from Kotak for being a customer for the past 2 years The customer care service is intolerable
